For the schemes clustered for a value of  less than 1 crore, the concerned department  should issue the administrative sanction after obtaining the consent from the finance department.

The SG & SWRDC has to call for  the progress of  all the departments, and submit  the compiled report to the Government.

A supervising  committee has to be formed for each district with the Collector as head  and the officials  from the concerned departments as members to review the progress. This committee will be convened  once in 3 months.
